Kristin is a twice Emmy nominated and award-winning producer with over 15 years of network television production experience.
Kristin founded Minted Media in 2013, development has always been her passion though she got her start in Network News.

Kristin has a range of television experience –  she’s done everything from producing and developing documentaries for cable networks, to casting and producing pilots, sizzles, and long form one-hour story yarns, to booking and developing daily live talk and national morning tv shows, primetime series, and more.

Kristin started her career in the booking department at ABC’s Good Morning America, and quickly moved over to ABC News Magazines- Primetime & 20/20.  For over decade at ABC, she sharpened her story telling chops, and her editorial, booking and casting sensibilities.  She has a knack for pitching and producing her own unqiue ideas and finding characters- from investigative to pop culture stories.

Kristin also helped to launch Anderson Cooper’s National Daytime show, ANDERSON; working as a senior editorial producer and booker. Throughout her career in network news, she noticed many of the stories and unique characters she found, wound up in unscripted TV shows.  That’s when she decided to launch MINTED MEDIA in 2013.

In addition to producing various long form hours of TV, special event programing, investigative crime yarns, and original content; Kristin helped to develop, cast book and launch various PRIMETIME SERIES:  FREEFORM, “NEXT STEP REALTY: NYC,”  FOX’s “Crime Watch Faily,” ABC Primetime’s “WHAT WOULD YOU DO?,”  ABC “PRIMETIME MONDAY,”  ABC “I-CAUGHT.”

Most recently, Kristin helped to develop and launch two series for ABC Primetime in partnership with ABC/ Lincoln Square Productions: “PEOPLE’S LIST,” and ABC “PEOPLE ICONS,” as well as several hours of documentaries currently in production with various cable networks.

MINTED MEDIA and founder, Kristin Pisarcik have collaborated with major production companies like: ABC/ Lincoln Square Productions, NORTHSOUTH, Park Slope Productions, Warner Horizons, and Telepictures.  We currently have various projects in development with production partners, and directly with a network.

Kristin works with a specialized team of casting efficionados, editors, shooters and producers she works with on a project to project basis.

What early life events have influenced your view of wealth?

My mother always told me, no matter what, that I shouldn’t depend on a man for financial security and that I should always have my own career. I listened. I never wanted to depended on others for financial security or freedom. I think every woman should have her own secret savings account – even if you don’t work- whether its for your shoe fund, or for a rainy day or emergency, there is something to be said about having your own level of financial independence.

What role does work play in your life?

Since I was a little girl, I wanted to be a producer before I knew what a producer was. I started writing news scripts when I was just 6 years old. My work plays a big role in my life, because I am very passionate about what I do- I love to shine a light on interesting people with incredible stories and lives. Making TV, developing TV shows, and telling amazing, empowering, inspiring and unbelievable stories feeds my soul and I love it.

If you could solve any problem, what would it be?

This is a tough one – but it would have to be Tie between pediatric hunger and cancer.

What have been non-financial influences on your efforts to build wealth?

My daughter Allegra has greatly influenced me

What do you most enjoy in terms of spending?

I enjoy spending money on experiences for my daughter, and on trips or life experiences for my family. (travel, cultural activities, and even a great meal and bottle of wine)

What can money not buy?

Passion. True Love. Integrity. Class. Happiness. Heart & Soul.

What defines someone else as wealthy?

There are many different aspects of being wealthy – but someone is wealthy if they feel whole and complete and happy in their hearts, in their minds and in their bank accounts.
They are wealthy if they are truly happy, and fulfilled in life, and feel the financial security to live comfortably in the lifestyle that makes them happy and fulfilled.

What part has your gender played in the development of your wealth?

I don’t think my gender really has anything to do with the development of my wealth-
I was raised to be an independent woman, and

What does wealth give you the freedom to do?

Never be dependent on anyone, and to do what truly makes you happy and thrive.
